The program

Lince2D collects and sends no data: no telemetry, usage statistics, advertising or account sign-up, and it works without an Internet connection.
Your drawings stay where you save them. What the program writes on its own (preferences, recent files, autosave, drawings recovered after an error and internal error reports) is stored only on your computer, in your user configuration folder, and is not sent anywhere.
AutoLISP routines you load run on your computer; outside trusted folders the program asks before loading them.
The local automation interface now in development (for scripts and AI assistants via MCP) will only accept connections from the same computer and will ship turned off: it must be enabled explicitly.

The pages themselves use no cookies, analytics, trackers, or third-party fonts or scripts.
The contact form and the newsletter signup are handled by Brevo (our email provider, acting as data processor): they only load and collect data (the name and email you give us) when you use them, with your consent and, for the newsletter, with double opt-in. We use that data only to reply to you and, if you subscribe, to send the newsletter; you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it anytime.
The server that hosts the site may log technical data about visits, such as IP addresses, in its system logs.
